This evening scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected. While widespread severe weather is not forecast, a few storms may produce gusty winds or small hail.
Once drier west winds kick in later on tonight, the humidity will begin to drop with temperatures falling into the upper 50s.
Friday is significantly less humid, but it will also be cooler with highs near 70. Morning clouds and a sprinkle in the mountains will give way to partly cloudy skies. Gusty breezes continue out of the Northwest at 10-20mph.
The weekend is partly to mostly sunny, dry, and pleasant with highs in the low 70s. Memorial Day Monday a few scattered showers are possible as a warm front lifts through the region, but the day does not look overly wet. Highs in the mid 70s.
Mid to late week brings a warmup, with highs returning to the 80s.
