Roanoke, VA - Roanoke County police have arrested a suspected drunk driver accused of killing a Liberty University professor and her son.
42-year-old Paul Harris is charged with two counts of aggravated involuntary manslaughter and one count of maiming another while driving while intoxicated.
Harris was arrested upon his discharge from the hospital Friday.
Liberty University professor Jill Jones and her son, a Liberty Christian Academy student, Nicholas were killed in the crash.
Harris is being held at the Western Virginia Regional Jail.
