Two Men Busted for Mobile Meth Lab in Montgomery Co.
Montgomery Co., VA – Montgomery County deputies have arrested and charged two men for operating a mobile methamphetamine laboratory.
Authorities were investigating a shoplifting at 3410 Pepper's Ferry Road on Friday when they found a methamphetamine lab set up in a nearby vehicle. Deputies then closed down the business on 3410 Pepper's Ferry Road while they searched, and dissembled the vehicle.
Norman Lepchitz of Radford, Virginia and Jeffrey Scott George of Gray, Tennessee have been charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, and conspiracy to posses methamphetamine precursors.
The two men are being held at the Montgomery County Jail without bond.
