Charlottesville, VA - A hearing is set for Wednesday for the George Huguely murder case.
The University of Virginia lacrosse player is charged with killing fellow student Yeardley Love in May.
The Washington Post is reporting that Huguely may be entering a plea agreement Wednesday.
Prosecutors have said that they would not seek the death penalty against the 23-year-old.
This hearing was not previously scheduled.
Huguely was due to be in court next in January.
