Amherst County, VA - A grand jury has decided a former Amherst County investigator will stand trial on drug charges.
Lindy Inge was indicted Tuesday for allegedly attempting to buy $150 in prescription pain killers from a man who once served as his confidential informant.
Inge's attorney claims the case should be thrown out because there was never any exchange of pills.
