Lynchburg, VA- Snow got in the way Thursday, but on Friday, Liberty University graduated the first class from its Aviation Maintenance Technician School.
Eleven students graduated from the school's inaugural class Friday afternoon.
The manager of the FAA's Flight Standards District Office in Richmond was the commencement speaker.
