The massive tornado in Moore, Oklahoma killed 24 people and injured hundreds. Authorities say the first damage estimate to the town of about 56,000 could be more than $2 billion.

ABC 13 has partnered with Gleaning for the World to launch the Heart of Virginia Tornado Lifeline.

Gleaning for the World has been shipping much needed supplies, but they desperately need your help with shipping costs.

To give financially, donate through Gleaning for the World's website, call 434-993-3600, or text AID to 85944 to give $10.

You can also donate goods at two collection locations in Lynchburg.

There collecting donations to send to the tornado victims at these locations.
