A Temporary Halt To Our Warming...
Chief Meteorologist Jennifer Zeppelin
For the first time in almost a week most of Green Country got above freezing. With just enough sunshine around that allowed some melting and thawing of the snow and ice to get underway. Be careful because those slushy, wet spots will refreeze as lows drop into the teens and 20s. The chill sticks around, our warm up will stall for the next 48 hours as another cold front arrives Wednesday. It will come through dry so no wintry precipitation is expected.
Tonight: Clear and cold. Winds: Light S 5-10. Low: 18.
