Penske Racing pulled the big surprise with great teamwork on the final lap. Ryan Newman with a big push from teammate Kurt Busch earns his first win in more than two years and gives owner Roger Penske his first Daytona 500 win to go with 14 Indy 500 victories.
Ryan Newman, Daytona 500 Champion - To stand in victory lane with Roger Penske, we miss Don Miller the old president of the team, but to stand in victory lane with him and to get that first win for him in the 500 here is a dream come true.
