Separate Accidents Slow Traffic

Traffic on Route 29 was backed up for about a half hour late this afternoon because of a wreck at the intersection of English Tavern Road. Thankfully police say it was a minor crash. An accident in Lynchburg sent three people to the hospital Wednesday afternoon.
Just after noon today police say a van was stopped when a car hit it from behind. It caused significant damage. There's no word on the victims' conditions. Police say the driver of the car is charged with reckless driving.
