Fire Leaves Family Homeless

An Appomattox County family is without a home after a fire destroyed it. Firefighters got the call around 6:30am Thursday.
Crews say it was especially hard to fight the flames on Stonewall Road because a propane tank inside the home fueled the fire. Investigators aren't sure of the cause, but say the home is a total loss.
The Red Cross is helping the family of five.
