Bedford Co., VA - It could be another two months before the Rhode Island man accused of running off with at 13-year-old Evington girl sees the inside of a courtroom. 21-year-old Andrew Holloway's lawyers asked a judge Monday morning that he undergo a psychological evaluation.

Holloway faces three counts of carnal knowledge of a minor and two for soliciting a child over the internet. Holloway met the girl while playing X-Box Live, and the two apparently agreed to run away and get married. He was arrested after a 24-hour search, when he and the girl showed up at a neighbor's home.
