It's been more than a year since investigators found human remains and they still aren't positive of who it is. The bones were discovered in March of last year next to the railroad tracks in Evington and were so decomposed the crime lab could not make a positive DNA match.
The remains have been sent to an FBI (web) lab in Washington DC, which has more advanced equipment. Investigators say they are pretty sure who it is, but still want to make a positive ID.
