The 16-year-old suspect in the Interstate 64 shootings will not be tried as an adult. A Juvenile and Domestic Relations Judge in Charlottesville denied the prosecution's request Wednesday to try the suspect as an adult.
He faces 15 felony charges. The 16-year-old and 19-year-old Slade Woodson are accused of shooting at cars on I-64 last month.
