Robbery Suspect Identified

Police in our area are looking for a bank robber and they now know his name. Police have obtained a warrant for 53-year old Bobby Wayne Widener. He charged with a bank robbery in Roanoke Monday afternoon.
Now, they just need to find him. The robbery happened at the BB&T Bank on Hershberger Road. Police say Widener went into the bank, demanded money, then took off. They aren't saying how much money he took.
