Police Say Suspect Confessed

New information about the deadly shooting in a Salem grocery store parking lot. Court records show Brian Sheppard admitted to a sheriff's deputy he shot a man in Salem 15 times. Sheppard is charged with murder in the death of James Fleshman, Jr.
According to the court documents, Fleshman called 911 shortly before he was killed in that parking lot on Monday afternoon. He told dispatchers he was having problems with Sheppard. Then, dispatchers lost contact with Fleshman. Moments later, there were 911 calls for shots fired.
