More dog problems for 16th District Senator Robert Hurt. He had to go to court Thursday to face a charge of having a dangerous/vicious dog. A Pittsylvania County judge dismissed that charge, but Hurt was convicted of having an unvaccinated dog.
This isn't the first time Hurt's dog has gotten him in trouble with the law. Court records show that in March of 2007, Hurt was found guilty of having an unlicensed dog.
