Manhunt – Donald Payne

Lynchburg Police (web) say he started a fire that destroyed a local bridge, now they want him behind bars. Donald Payne is this week’s Manhunt suspect.
Police say in April, Payne started a fire underneath the Fort Avenue bridge to keep warm. The fire got out of control and destroyed that bridge. Payne is charged with 'maliciously setting a fire'.
Donald Payne is 46 years old. He's 5'8 and weighs 180 pounds. He's got brown hair and brown eyes. If you see Donald Payne, please call Crime Stoppers (web) at 1-888-798-5900.
