Gleaning for the World (web) has to scramble to get aid ready for Myanmar. Their goal is to send a shipment of water, blankets and survival kits to survivors by Wednesday. The problem is that they have to take out all the pork and beef products from the kits.
They need to replace those with cans of beans, tuna salad and chicken salad. Gleaning is also working on a plan to help the earthquake victims of China.
