Victims of Fatal Crash Identified

We now know the names of the two people who were killed when a fire truck hit their pickup in Botetourt County. State Police say the fire truck from Eagle Rock Volunteer Department was heading north on Route 220 when it collided Monday night with the pickup, which was heading south.
Both people in that truck, Russell Devon Meadows, of Covington, and Judi Clark Martin, of Clifton Forge, died. Both were wearing their seatbelts. The driver of the fire truck, Lucas McCullouch suffered non-life threatening injuries.
State Police say the fire truck was responding to another car accident on Route 220 when it crossed over the line. The accident is still under investigation.
