Arrested again. Two years after this court appearance, former Virginia Tech football star Marcus Vick is in trouble once again. Vick and a Florida woman are now facing charges in Norfolk.
A Norfolk bicycle officer says he saw the pair fighting in a parked car around 2:00am. The officer went up and asked Vick for his driver's license. That's when he says Vick sped away. Police put out a bulletin with his car's description. An officer spotted him and pulled him over a few minutes later.
Vick is charged with DUI, eluding police, reckless driving and driving on a suspended license. The woman - 24-year-old Delicia Cordon, from Miami, is charged with being drunk in public.
Marcus Vick has had a long list of legal troubles. Back in 2004, while he was still Tech's quarterback, he was accused of having sex with a under aged teenage girl. He was later found guilty of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
That same year he was charged and convicted of possession of marijuana and speeding in New Kent County.
In 2005, Vick was charged with speeding and driving on a suspended license, this time in Hampton.
In January 2006 he was dismissed from the football team for his legal troubles, and for stomping on a Louisville player during the Gator Bowl.
Three days later he was accused of pointing a gun at a group of teenagers in Suffolk. Vick pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.
