Accused Driver Scheduled for Court

An Amherst County woman is scheduled to be in court Tuesday, facing a charge in connection with a toddler's death. Kaylie Silby is charged with reckless driving for an incident on January 14th.
That's the morning two-year-old Omarion Rose was hit and killed - as he walked along Seminole Drive in Madison Heights. He'd managed to get out of his parents' home.
