State police say alcohol was a factor in a crash that sent several people to the hospital. Just before eleven Friday night, police say a pickup truck heading east on Route 24 in Campbell County crossed the center line and hit an oncoming pickup truck- almost head on.
Police say the truck that was hit flipped and skidded- throwing several people out- including two in the bed of the truck. They were all taken to the hospital with varying injuries. The driver of truck that crossed the centerline- 21-year-old Nathaniel McMurray- was not taken to the hospital. But he has been charged with driving under the influence.
