Four Cats Make the List

The Hillcats can win their fifth series in a row Monday night in the rubber match of a three-game series against Frederick. Earlier Monday, Lynchburg announced that four Hillcats were named to the list of the top 30 Carolina League prospects.
Jim Negrych, Jamie Romak, Daniel Moskos and Brian Friday, who's on the DL, all made the list. Those three active players have all had a part in leading the 'Cats to within a half game of first-place in the second half.
Jim Negrych, Hillcats Infielder - "I'm honored to be on that. It's something you try not to think about either like that, just go out there and try to perform your best every day. I mean, last year you couldn't find my name on one of those lists anywhere. It's just a year to year thing and hopefully just go out there and finish the year the way I started it."
Jamie Romak, Hillcats Outfielder - "For other people to take notice and thinking that you're doing a good job is, it's nice. It's a nice honor and it's humbling."
