State Police confirm one person is dead after an accident Monday morning in Bedford County. Witnesses tell us an SUV traveling West on Route 460 near Montvale lost control, crossed through the median and then flipped.
We're told the SUV landed on top of the driver on the shoulder of the eastbound lanes. State Police would not confirm any details of the accident.
