Man Arrested for Injuring Woman

They responded to a home on Winslow Street about 11:30 Thursday night. That's where they found a 52-year-old woman with a hand wound that left her with severe damage to her finger. Authorities say Hall is responsible. He's being charged with malicious wounding.
