Person of Involvement Named in Missing Woman Case

Hattie Brown was last seen outside the Sheetz gas station near South Boston - with her nephew, Derek Edward Brown.
Police say he is a "person of involvement" because he was with her right before she went missing.
Brown has a criminal record. Several years ago, he was found guilty of possessing burglary tools, destroying property, and breaking and entering.
Police were able to recover a major piece of evidence on Tuesday -- Hattie's car. It was found burned and abandoned behind an old barn near Virgilina.
