Harvey Wins a Harley

A Vinton man says the Virginia Lottery (web) made his dream true. Wednesday he picked it up from the Lynchburg Harley Shop. Pryor Harvey says he bought a Harley Davidson scratch-off ticket and won this 'Fat Boy' valued at nearly $19,000.
So now Harvey has a Harley.
Pryor Harvey, Harley Winner - "Ah man, I can't believe it. I still can't believe it. Even though the bike is sitting right here, I just don't believe it, but it's pretty cool."
Harvey says he's owned a lot of motorcycles in his life, but never a Harley. He says he could never afford one.
