An experiment error forced Randolph College (web) students to evacuate Tuesday afternoon. Officials say the students were working with ethanol in the Martin Science Building.
That’s when someone accidentally knocked over a beaker, which caught fire. The students and professor put out the blaze with a fire extinguisher and evacuated as a precaution. A female student got minor burns but is expected to be okay.
