State Police say a Madison Heights man hit another man with his car, but it wasn't the driver's fault. We're told Roger White was driving on Route 29 in Amherst County early Sunday morning when he hit Michael Lopez, of Monroe.
State Police say they are still investigating, but believe White did nothing wrong. They think Lopez walked into the road. There is no word on Lopez's condition.
