Housing Decision Delayed

Residents on Lakeview Drive in Madison Heights will have to wait a little longer to find out if a new neighbor is coming to town. That neighbor -- a 22 unit housing complex for the elderly and disabled.
At Tuesday night's meeting, the planning commission tabled the issue until next month. About 100 people showed up tonight to share their thoughts on the new development. We're told of those who spoke, about half were for the complex, and half against it.
Officials tell us they'll vote on the issue October 21st.
