Radford, VA - Jail officials say a Radford City Public School teacher is no longer being held behind bars after being arrested.  New River Valley Jail authorities say 43-year-old Lori Anne Jarvis is out on bond.  Police say a juvenile overdosed at her home.  Jarvis is charged with possession of marijuana and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.  Police said the juvenile was treated at a local hospital and later released.  They haven't said what the student overdosed on.  The Radford City school division says she has been placed on administrative leave from her position at Belle Heath Elementary School.
