Inmate Found Unresponsive in Cell

The body of 53-year-old Robert Rowe was found at first call Monday morning.
Jailers say it appears he died of natural causes. The Roanoke Medical Examiner's Office will perform an autopsy.
Rowe was serving an 18-month-sentence for his fourth DUI arrest and for driving on a revoked license.

I did know him, he was a very wonderful person. He had a skill like none other. He was very good with wood and building. Done serval jobs for us. Did and awsome job! My deepest sympthy goes out to his wife and family. So sad. My prayers will be with you all
