Charlotte Co., VA - Investigators have charged a Prince Edward County man for killing a man in Charlotte County.
Michael McClintock,18, of Meherrin is charged with first-degree-murder. He's being held in Charlotte County Jail without bond.

Investigators say he killed 48-year-old William Anthony Webb of Keysville. Charlotte County deputies discovered Webb's body with a wound to his head on Tuesday morning.
Webb's body was in his front yard. They say he had been dead for several days.
This case is still under investigation, but police say it appears McClintock went to Webb's house to rob him.
