If you're raking leaves this weekend, it's okay to burn them again in Lynchburg and Campbell County.  Both localities lifted their burn bans Friday, but you should still check into their rules for burning. For instance, in Lynchburg, you have to have written permission from neighbors if you're burning within 300 feet of them.
