Child Sex Offender Sentenced

Lynchburg, VA - A former Forest Middle School teacher will spend 10 years behind bars for trying to meet a girl online for sex. Last year, Stanley Deloach was arrested in Culpeper County after chatting online with an investigator who was posing as a 14-year-old girl.
Deloach solicited sex from the investigator, and had sexually explicit materials involving children. In addition to the prison sentence, Deloach will also have to register as a sex offender.

One assault against a child and they need to be locked up forever.
Joseph Duncan who went on to kidnap Dylan and Shasta Groene and ultimately murdered Dylan after killing their mother, brother and family friend had this to say about his sex offender status:
"The truth is I am not an exception, I am the rule! Most sex offenders are just like me."
Why give them another chance to victimize a child again? Or murder her mother for trying to protect her? We must protect our citizens.
