VDOE Completes Report on William Fleming Principal

Earlier this year, Willis was implicated in a Standards of Learning Cheating Scandal. The report is the result of a nine-day grievance committee hearing, held in September.
The Roanoke City (web) School Board is in the process of reviewing the state's recommendations.
No word on when or if the school board will take action.
