Grand Jury Indictment in Kids-in-Trunk Case

Dwayne and Conchita Spurlock and Armentha Kennedy are all charged with felony child abuse.

At their preliminary hearing they had claimed they were forced to travel this way because their second car broke down, and it was the only way they could fit eight people.
All three are set to stand trial in January.
