Joel Wooldridge faces several charges of indecent exposure and breaking and entering.
The Commonwealth's attorney says he tried to force himself into a ladies' room stall at CVCC, and that he broke into dorms at Lynchburg College (web) and Randolph College (web) .
Wooldridge is set to be in court again at the end of November.
