Codee Mchale Clark of Lexington has been charged with: “recklessly handling a firearm so as to endanger life, limb, or property” and “involuntary manslaughter by killing Victor D. Clark age 15.”
Clark was transported to the Rockbridge Regional Jail. He was released this morning on a $1,000 bond.

We do not know how old the person charged with. We can assume he is a family member. I suppose the flight risk and danger to the general public was negligible, thus the small bail amount.
