Pineapple Peach BBQ Sauce
8 Cups (64 oz) Ketchup
2 Cups Apple cider vinegar
1 Cup Brown sugar
3 Tbs Garlic
½ Red onion, diced
1 Cup Peach preserves
1 Cup Dried pineapple
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil.
2. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 5-10 minutes or until sugar has caramelized.
3. Place in a bowl and chill overnight.
4. Split into 12-8oz jars and seal.
Serve with chicken, beef or pork.
Yield: 96 oz.
