Ingredients:

• 1 lb Apple wood bacon
• 2 lb mild Italian ground sausage

1. Lay bacon flat on a greased sheet or baking pan in a weave pattern or overlapping.

2.  Place sausage on edge of bacon and roll over, sealing bacon around the sausage.

3.  Place in oven for 1 hr to 90 minutes at 350 degrees.

4.  Top with BBQ sauce of choice and serve.
