Wild Berry Cous Cous
1. In a medium bowl, mix cous cous and berry mix. Set aside.
2. In a small sauce pan, mix chicken stock, honey, and wine. Bring to a boil.
3. Add olive oil and pour over cous cous.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and let steep for 20-25 minutes.
5. Uncover cous cous and add nuts.
6. Fluff with a fork and serve warm or cold.
