Tina Charles' 21st double-double of the season helped lead Connecticut to a 90-62 win over the Tulsa Shock Tuesday night at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut.

The Sun (16-16) held Tulsa to just 29-percent shooting from the field, including just 4-of-17 in the fourth quarter. Connecticut led by just seven at halftime before outscoring the Shock 49-28 in the second half.

Charles' 21 double-doubles extends her WNBA single-season record and also upped her single-season rebounding record to 348 with two games remaining on the schedule.

Scholanda Robinson led Tulsa with 18 points while Marion Jones and Shanna Crossley each had ten.

The Sun's Renee Montgomery led all scorers with 22 points.

The Shock wrap up their inaugural season with a road game at New York Thursday night and a home game Saturday against the Chicago Sky.
