Cuban Sliders

Serves 6 - Appetizer

  • 12 ea Sara Lee® Mini Buns
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 12 slices Cappy Ham
  • 1 pkg Lancasters® Carolina Style Pulled Pork
  • 24 slices Boar's Head® Sweet Pickles with Horseradish

SAUCE

  • 1          stick     Unsalted butter
  • 1          cup       Brown sugar
  • 1          cup       Spicy Brown mustard
  • ½         cup       Worcestershire sauce
  • ½         cup       Dehydrated onions
  • 3          Tbsp     Red Pepper flakes
  • 2          Tbsp     Garlic, chopped

 

1.  Preheat oven to 350°F.

 

2.  Place Buns in a greased baking dish.

 

3.  Stuff buns with Ham, then Pulled Pork, Sweet Pickles.

 

4.  Top with Swiss cheese and Bun Top.

 

5.  In a sauce pan, combine all Sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. 

 

6.  Pour Sauce over Sliders and refrigerate for 1 hour up to overnight. 

      7.  Cover dish with foil and place in a 350°F oven for 15-20 minutes.  Serve immediately
