
Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Yield: 1 Dozen Cookies
1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. In a mixing bowl beat all ingredients with a wooden spoon until thoroughly combined.
3. Scoop 12 cookies on a lined cookie sheet. Using a fork, mash a cross pattern into the cookie
4. Bake at 350º F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool on baking rack for 5 minutes before serving.
To make the cookies extra special, buy Kroger's® Chocolate candy coating and dip half the cookie into the melted chocolate and allow to cool on parchment paper.
