Quick Chili

yield: 8-10 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Ground sirloin, browned
- 1 lb. Ground pork, browned
- 2 Tbsp Garlic, chopped
- ½ ea Red onion, diced
- 1 ea. Orange or Green pepper, diced
- 2 Tbsp Granulated garlic
- 2 Tbsp Granulated onion
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Chili powder
- 2 cans Kroger® Chili Ready Diced Tomatoes
- 1 bottle Kroger® Spicy Vegetable Cocktail Juice
Directions:
1. In a large stock pot, heat oil and sauté onion, garlic, and peppers.
2. Add ground sirloin and ground pork.
3. Stir in all spices and sugar. Mix in diced tomatoes and vegetable juice.
4. Cover and bring to a boil. Serve hot.
