Police Make Arrest in Deadly Shooting at Apartment Complex - WSET.com - ABC13

Lynchburg, VA - Lynchburg Police have arrested a 17-year-old and charged him with murder in an overnight shooting.

Police were called to the Millwoods Apartments on Old Mill Road around midnight Sunday.

They found 20-year-old Timothy Irving shot to death.

Witnesses described two suspects at the scene.

One has been arrested, but his identity has not been released because he is a juvenile.
