Chicago, IL - Roanoke white supremacist Bill White may soon be out of prison.
A federal judge ruled yesterday a Chicago jury was wrong when it convicted White of using his website to solicit violence.
The judge ruled the posts were his First Amendment right.
In 2008, White published a juror's personal information on his site, which regularly attacked nonwhites, Jews and homosexuals.
He was foreman of a jury that convicted another supremacist of soliciting a judge's murder.
White was convicted of solicitation in January.
No word on when he might be out of prison.
