Update:
Danville, VA - Police have identified the victim of Monday night's deadly shooting in Danville as 23-year-old Shaun Ray Davis.
The shooting on Cole Street sent two other men to the hospital, one of whom was the 17-year-old suspect.
The suspect is in custody but police are not releasing his name.
The other shooting victim is listed in serious but stable condition.

Danville, VA - Police say a suspect is still on the loose in connection with a fatal shooting overnight in Danville.
It happened Monday night around 9:00 p.m. on Cole Street. A 23-year-old man is dead after he was shot in the chest. Two other men are in the hospital.
They say the 23-year old and another man were likely shot with the same rifle bullet.
The third man is actually considered a suspect. Police had to find him after the shooting- he had also been shot.
No charges have been filed, and no description of the other suspect has been released.
